At Customer Elation we are always looking to grow our teams with talented people, just like you. That’s why we are excited to announce our new Employee Referral Bonus Program. Refer qualified candidates and as a “thank you,” we will offer you $100 bonus upon completion of their 1st live call and an additional $150 after 90 days of employment.
Earn up to $250 for each employee referral – there is no limit!
To be eligible for the referral bonus, you need to refer a candidate who has not previously worked or applied for a role in our company and the new employee must complete their first live call.
- The referred employee must indicate your name on their application.
- Upon the new employee completing the 1st live phone call, referring employee will earn $100.
- Once the referred employee has been employed with Customer Elation for 90 days, an additional $150 bonus will be awarded to the referring employee.
- The referring employee must have returned from any form of leave to receive bonus incentive.
- Employees may refer as many candidates as they would like and will be rewarded $250.00 for each hired employee, as long as the above mentioned process is followed.
- Former employees are not eligible for referral.
